For Families
Therapy Grants
At Now I Can, we are grateful for the generosity of local families and supporters who believe in helping children with disabilities reach their fullest potential. Their support allows us to provide grants for families in need so more children can access the therapy that helps them achieve life changing progress.
Every parent dreams of seeing their child reach new milestones, moments that may seem small to others but mean everything when they finally happen. We understand both the dedication and the financial challenges that come with this journey. Intensive therapy can transform lives, and we are committed to helping ease the burden for families who need it most.
As a 501(c)(3) organization, Now I Can Northeast offers grant assistance through our Making Miracles Happen program, supported by these generous families who believe in giving back and helping children reach their greatest potential. Many of our families receive partial funding for therapy through this program and additional grants we help them find during their consultation.
Together, we make it possible for more kids to proudly say, “Now I can.”
Testimonials
We have nothing but amazing things to say about our time at Now I Can! We have done 2 3 week intensives and both experiences have been wonderful. The therapists and support staff are kind, engaging, and knowledgeable. They always make an effort to get to know and support my son and our whole family!

We are so blessed to have completed our second intensive therapy with Now I Can Northeast. The therapists and support staff are absolutely wonderful—each member of the team takes time to truly know your child and create a thoughtful, individualized plan of care.

My son just completed his first intensive therapy session and we are very happy with the whole experience. The therapists are incredibly knowledgeable and patient. We could notice our son gaining some strength after just the first week. It is a lot of work for a little one, but he is getting therapy he doesn’t typically have access to. The facility itself is bright, clean, full of updated equipment, and located in a beautiful area. We also really enjoyed our time exploring Lititz and the nearby towns. We’re already discussing coming back for our second session! We definitely recommend Now I Can.

We were absolutely overjoyed with our son’s three-week intensive at Now I Can! This is our third intensive at the center, and each year the experience exceeds every expectation we go into it with — not just in terms of physical progress, but also in the joy and confidence it brought to our son.
The progress he made during this time was nothing short of incredible. We witnessed improvements in his strength, coordination, and mobility that we had only hoped for — and the best part was, he had so much fun while working his butt off. He looked forward to going every day and came home proud, smiling, and excited to share what he had accomplished with his siblings.
The physical therapists at Now I Can are simply outstanding! They are skilled, compassionate, encouraging, and fun. They knew exactly how to motivate our son, keep him engaged, and celebrate every small and big victory along the way. Their dedication and genuine care made all the difference, and we will be forever grateful for the impact they’ve had on his life. As a parent they taught me so much on how to continue to work with my son on his goals.
My husband and I can confidently say this experience was transformative — not just physically, but emotionally as well. We can't thank Now I Can enough for helping our son believe in himself and for making therapy such a joyful, empowering journey. We can’t wait to return next summer!

Intensive therapy focuses on repetition and consistency to activate neuroplasticity, the brain’s ability to change and form new pathways. By working several hours a day, five days a week, children have the best opportunity for meaningful progress. Many make what would typically take a year to achieve in just three weeks. At Now I Can, we believe in change, and we see it every day.
-
Our intensive programs are tailored to each child’s age and ability. The gold standard program is three weeks in length, with therapy sessions ranging from one to four hours per day, five days a week. This allows us to meet each child where they are and build a schedule that supports their best progress.
-
We offer free consultations where we take time to learn about your child, their abilities, and your goals as a family. During the consult, we explain how our program works and discuss what an intensive schedule might look like for your child. This helps us determine together if intensive therapy is the right fit and how we can best support your child’s progress.

Yes. As a 501(c)(3) organization, we offer our own grant program called Making Miracles Happen to help families access intensive therapy. During your consultation, we also share information about additional grant opportunities outside of our program. Many families receive full or partial funding for therapy through these grants.
